The future looked bright. Berry was the first member of the band to actually say hello to me before the show, offering me snuff (a smokeless tobacco which is inhaled into the nasal cavity). Being the innocent teenage kid that I was, I declined, thinking he was offering me some street drugs to snort. My bad. (page 15)
